Guangdong Hongcheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a building-materials supplier based in Liaobu Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. Our main lines are drainage and access products: ductile iron manhole covers and gully gratings, drainage channel covers, hot-dip galvanized steel gratings, stainless steel invisible covers and composite resin covers.
The casting lines — ductile iron manhole covers, gully gratings and cast iron drainage covers — are produced in our own factory and supplied direct to Hongcheng, with no trading company in between. The Dongguan site is the company's sales base and warehouse: inquiries, specification checks and stock are all handled from here, and you speak with the same person throughout — Li Xiaopeng.
Three further lines — hot-dip galvanized steel gratings, stainless steel recessed covers and composite resin covers — are supplied through partner factories we work with long-term, and are sourced and quality-checked by Hongcheng before dispatch. Whether a product is cast in our own factory or supplied by a partner factory, the specification you confirm is the specification that is produced, stocked and loaded.

Inside Our Factory
Hongcheng is a manufacturer & supplier. The photos below are real: our casting workshop, our products and our Dongguan yard. Steel gratings, stainless steel recessed covers and composite covers come from partner factories and pass the same checks in Dongguan before dispatch.
The Production Floor
The casting workshop where our ductile iron covers and gratings are made — melting, moulding and finishing under one roof.
Melting & Pouring
Molten ductile iron is poured into the moulds of each confirmed size and load class — the production step that decides the casting's strength.
Casting & Product Structure
After cooling and fettling, the ribbed structure on the underside of each cover gives it stiffness without unnecessary weight. Covers and frames are matched as sets.
Sizes & Customisation
Production is mould-based, so sizes, load classes and cover markings are produced to the confirmed specification of each order, across the standard size range.
Quality Checks We Actually Run
Before goods are dispatched, each order is checked against the confirmed specification: dimensions, cover-to-frame fit, surface condition and unit weight. The same checks are repeated on physical stock at our Dongguan base before loading.
Packing & Loading
Finished goods are stacked and strapped on pallets at our Dongguan base, ready for forklift handling and loading as confirmed in your order.
